The daily dose contains fermented herbal extract from 6.4 g winter cherry (Ashvagandha) as well as 18.8 mg niacin = 118% of the NRV value and pantothenic acid 3.40 mg = 57% of the NRV value. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental performance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
