Description
Ghee is considered a very sattvic food in Ayurveda, but only if the milk and butter have sattvic qualities. To ensure this, we only use organic ghee from grass-fed cow milk, TSG, for our Classic Ayurveda Ghees and Gritas (medicated ghees). In addition, we ensure that our ghee is made according to Ayurvedic principles using only the freshest butter. We focus on quality instead of quantity and have our ghee made in a small Austrian cheese dairy. Here, the butter is freshly produced from the cream of the milk and the ghee is freshly cooked from it the very next day.
