Gandusha Oral Care Oil, organic

It is recommended in Ayurveda, in addition to brushing teeth, to rinse the mouth with special oils, which is known as Gandusha or ‘oil pulling’. During Gandusha, the oil is moved around the mouth and between the teeth, after which it is spat out. The purpose is to remove toxins and strengthen the gums and teeth.

“Performing oil gargling strengthens the jawbones and voice, develops the face and maximises the taste of food…Teeth do not get dental caries and become firmly rooted.
