The respective main active ingredient Amla, Ashvagandha, Brahmi or Shatavari is combined with raw cane sugar, ghee, usually honey and a range of Ayurvedic herbs and spices to create a tasty one , jam-like paste.

Leham is only authentic according to classic Ayurveda if the main ingredient is supported in its Ayurvedic effect by other herbs and spices.

Product Consumption Recommendation

Take 2 x 1 teaspoon with 6 g each pure or with a little milk daily. The daily dose contains 1.93 g Ashvagandha root. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
