Naan bread – a real classic of Indian cuisine. Refined with curry and carrots, this naan is not only the ideal side dish for an authentic Indian meal, but also delicious with dips for dinner or summer barbecues.

Preparation (4 flat cakes)
You will need: 1,5 tsp oil, 150 ml warm water, and some flour for rolling out the dough.
Gradually add water and oil to the baking mixture and knead it into a dough. Knead for another 2-3 minutes on the table until the mixture feels smooth, and then to rest for 10 minutes for a fluffy consistency.
Dust the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Shape them into balls and roll out into hand-sized flatbreads about 2 mm thick.
Heat the pan up and fry the flatbreads separately on both sides in a coated pan at high heat without oil. Once cooked, brush them with ghee or butter and enjoy.
